I have the snap on tools sweatshirt on in the first pic between darren and eric. I am terrible with names too. Maybe some stick on name tags would be a good idea for next time. |

i've received several e-mails about the pictures from Deere Day - asking to put faces to names. i'm an old guy, forgetful and generally not too smart so i don't want to get any names wrong... how about you folks go thru the pics and put those faces to names for us. start at the top pic with those two heavyweights Darrin & Eric Behm in the foreground and go from there. thanks, rammer |

Jim & Darlene, Thanks again for hosting Deere Day for the 2nd year in a row. To echo Ron's comments, always good to see old friends and make some new ones AND put faces to names. I took a bunch of pictures, resized, uploaded each one, stacked them nice, previewed after each upload, then when i attempted to went to post - i got the dreaded message: File Locking Error One of the files required to complete this operation has been locked by another process. Please wait 5 seconds and then submit your request again. [users.txt] Please contact Mike Horn if this problem persists. I lost the whole process so I went to bed instead ! |

Jim and Darleen. Your John Deere Day is definatly the "GOLD STANDARD" of John Deere Days. All of us guys (and Joyce) from the Western NY club had a great time. Today is just what we needed to start the spring season.... Hopefully we will all get together in the near future, perhaps a plow day or other event. Thanks again. Ed |

If I were to make it to Deere Day would someone have a rear 8.5 rim they could bring along, does not have to be pretty as I will blast and paint it. Let me know how much, maybe I will just have to go if someone has a rim lol. Thanks Gator |

Jim, Unfortunately I won't be able to make it this year as on the 16th I'm trailering 4 motorcycles as far south as it takes to have a weekend of warmer riding. I hope to see you guys at NY or PA plow day. Rammer, It's only in a select group of men that I would be considered "slim" at 230 lbs and I thank you for the comment. Enjoy Deere Day, Martin |

Gator, Like Bryan said we BS and then we BS some more. We will have food to eat, bring a dish to pass if you like. Buying ,trading, and selling are expected. Adult beverages are allowed within reason. Children do not come but are allowed with parental supervision. It's just a day to break up the boredom of winter and to enjoy friends. There are a few guys that come down from Ont. that you might want to hook up with. Bryan, no bad weather this year!!!! |

gator, its the greatest b.s. fest, and the best food you can find at one place. And its held in the deere palace (jims garage) Its a great time, well worth the 3 hours for you. I can't say if anything will be for sale, i know some things were last year, and some guys meet and swap parts. But its a great time, and a great reason to get away for a day and see some good friends in the "off-season" With that said, i guess time will tell if i make it or not this year. Bad weather around here keeps me from going to far. Hope to see you guys there. |

I will be hosting Deere Day in Hall NY at my home February 18th 2012 starting at 10AM and ending when you all go home. I have a very relaxed event, come when you can, leave when you have to. This is to break the winter boredom, and to come out and shoot the breeze. We will be having chili and some kind of a meat platter for sandwiches. I will have soft drinks and coffee. Bring a dish to pass if you like,or just show up! I predict no snow storm this year!! lol |
