I was standing near that Blue patio for a while before it went up for auction and I was listening to what sure sounded to me like the owner of it tout its virtues. Well guess what? That same guy is the one who won the auction. Now what's up with that? Seems hokey to me. |

It was a beautiful day, and LOTS of people came. There was a Blue patio 140H1 there that had been totally restored except an aftermarket seat, sold for $1000 with no deck. And only one 318 there that sold fairly high I thought. Lots of Deere lawn tractors, Simplicitys, Wheelhorse, Cub Cadets, a few Bolens, some nice snow blowers, several Deere mower decks and even a kitchen stove. Also saw one #80 cart missing the tailgate, don't know what that sold for. |

This will be the 26th annual consignment auction held at the Deere dealer in Bangor, PA. Good food made by a local church at reasonable prices. Usually some good "green" stuff for sale, but all brands are well represented. Usually over 1000 items for sale, rain or shine. More info here: http://www.hilltopsales.com/auction.htm |
