Sorry it took so long to get these posted. Life interrupted. Again. This is my 300 rig with backhoe and loader that I had posted asking about little or no power to these attachments. |

James, You can get more complete discussion of your questions on the Restoration and Repair Forum page under Hydrostatic Drive Tractors, but here are some quick thoughts. 1. Does the seat interlock keep the engine from continuing to run if the PTO is turned on whenever the seat switch itself is unplugged at the connector? If not, then the wiring is possibly crossed up or the TDCM is faulty. 2. If the temp indicator will not light under test but the oil lamp will, look for the proper connection and function of the V1 diode. 3. Assuming you took the tractor wiring apart during your work (and not he hour meter itself) the likely cause would be the ground connection. Note that the serial number of your tractor will determine which wiring diagram in the TM1591 you need to use. Good luck! Chuck |

James I cant help with the light and hour meter but if you get off the seat with the PTO running it should kill the motor not the PTO. |

Ok I now have three problems with my 332 and I'm in need of some help. 1. The saftey seat wont disengage the PTO when I get of the seat (so the blades wont disengage) 2. The water Temp light still wont come on when I test the system and yes I changed the bulb. 3. The hour meter wont work now, I worked when I took it all apart. If I can get these problems fix it will be complete. Hopefully someone has some answers I'm all out lol. |

Paul, 4lbs, wow thats tiny! Looks like he's healthy though. Maybe they will meet up at a plow day years down the road. On the 332 turbo, do a search for "yanmar custom turbo" and you should find the thread. Its a few pages long, read from the beginning to get details on the turbo itself. Baby's hanging out on my lap, what an awesome experience this is! He's fussing, time to go. |

I found some more Pincor items. I picked up this complete Pincor with mounting plate and pulley guard for flat fender 110/112 and 200 series. I also got an extra mounting plate (yellow piece ) for flat fender 110/112 and 200 series . Last thing was a NOS 120/140 and early 300 series mounting plate with engine pulley still in the box.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I love this site. (I've been secretly reading through it for a while now before I was a member.)Mike, I hope that my 332 looks as good as yours after I give it a face lift. I already added the rear end. Any info about your turbo job that you are willing to share. After seeing Evan Duwe, I couldn't resist putting probably the second youngest member of WFM Caleb Michael Lorentz 2/24/2010! He came out at 4lbs. 4oz. He is pretty happy in his JD blanket. His whole room is JD thanks to grandma and mom. He has no choice but to be GREEN! |

Paul, try some sealsall, You can get it at any parts store. Just make sure it is clean where you use it. Works great. I would provide a link to the product, but the co. that makes it is huge and I don't know where to begin looking on their site. http://www.nanotechproject.org/inventories/consumer/browse/products/sealsall_sealant/ If you google sealsall you will also see a lot of links to other forums where they discuss it. Hot rodders, etc. |

Thanks Will, Gary, George. I found the attachment chart here that shows certain ser #'s of a 46" deck will fit my 314, requires BM16231 (JD site says N/A), AM34056, AM34057 (which I guess are the rear draft arms? So swapping the deck for a good used 46" might work with more research. Also, I didn't realize the spindle bearings were so inexpensive. Even with a worn out deck, that might be worth it for the meantime. |

Paul, I had the same problem on my 322 with the leak where the wire exits the low fuel sender. Thought it was the rubber bushing, but after changing that, still had a leak. I removed the sender and epoxied the inside where the wire goes through the brass. Let it sit upside down overnight, and that stopped it. As far as it leaking around the bushing, I would try some JB Weld. Welcome to the site. Bill. |

Thanks for all the kind words. We are now back at home doing well. Joe, he must! Aaron, nice looking patio! Paul. Maybe some fuel safe RTV might help. Check that it is good for being submersed in gas as many are not. You could also find a new tank from a 330 or 332, or one from a 318/322 and drill the second hole with a sharp 1/2" drill bit. Matt, did he say he would hold it for you, or first one with the money would get it? |

My 332 is leaking from the rubber bushing M149638 that seals the fuel level sensor to the tank. I replaced the busing and it is still leaking. If I have the fender off and move the tractor at all the fuel splashes at it and leaks between the seal and the tank not the seal and the brass elbow. It is also leaking out of the hole where the wire comes out of the brass elbow. (that is quite small and not as much of a concern.) Anyone else with this problem or have a fix? I circled the two areas that are leaking in the pic. |

I don't know what other makes use them but I have a 155 Case here and it has disc brakes (but the high wheel Case had band) .... seems this disc brake issue was discussed here before on this site .... might pay to use search function |

Mike Duwe, Congratulations!! Be sure to post some picture of him in his Deere outfit. Matthew Poylio, Sorry to hear that someone can't keep their word. I also was trying to get it. There wasn't a number on CL so I email the guy about the tractor on Friday and got a call back on Saturday about 12:30 saying that he had just sold it. Said he had two guys wanting it and one was upset. It sounded like an excellent deal. I have a 318 so I was really after the Tiller and attachments but I sure would have bought the package for the price he was asking. |

Matthew Poylio - It's always disappointing to hear those tough stories about the one that was sold out from under someone on CL. Because I would never do such a thing to another person I often wonder what would possess someone to do something like that. Whatever. THOMAS G BARBREY - Welcome to WFM. Jason Muth is correct you can still purchase decals for your tractor from your John Deere dealer. You should open an account with JDParts.com it's free. On JDParts you're able to look up part numbers and pricing on parts you'll need for future work. One word of caution regarding hood decals; pay very close attention to your tractor's serial number (SN) because there are SN breaks on different styles of hood decals (subtle as they may be) for different tractor SN. As for the brake pads you can, of course, keep an eye out on the auction sites AND you could post a "Want To Buy" (WTB) here on WFM in the Classified ads section. There are a lot of great guys and gals that are willing to help as best they can. So I would for sure post a WTB here on WFM. One other option would be to reline them yourself using brake lining from McMaster Carr. I'm getting ready to line a brake band for an off topic tractor and the lining I purchased from McMaster Carr looks to be of quality material. Hope this helps.

Wow that sucks Matt! That would have been an excellent deal from what I can tell. I don't know what to tell you. But as you may know, if you ever tried to sell something like that you get calls from lots of flaky people who say they are coming to get it then they never show up and are never heard from again. Maybe he has already dealt with people like that and maybe that's why he didn't wait on you. Hard to tell though, maybe he was just a jerk! I dealt with a really nice guy on my 318, I only had my checkbook with me when I stopped to look at it and when I decided I wanted it, he let me hold it with a check for $100 until I could return the following weekend with the cash and a trailer. If you are on the Ohio side of Indiana maybe you could check out what he has. He gets tractors from his local dealer that come in on trade and checks them out, services them and posts them on CL. Search Cincinnati,OH, Wheelersburg. He has 235 and GT235 posted now. Pretty sure that's him. Looks like his phone number has changed... Anyway, keep looking. I bet the CL ads will pick up as the weather warms up and people start cleaning out their garages. Scott |

Here's to all those wronged in CL deal! I called first, said I wanted to buy, and I had to drive 1.5 hours. But, as it would be, I was 10 minutes too late, he sold to the second guy who called. thing is... it was an 87 318, 1300 hours, 50 deck, 54 4way blade, 48 tiller, 3 pt, rear pto, front weight bracket, and 6 weights. All for $2200. I run into decent guys who will hold themselves to a verbal agreement, and those that won't. Today fell to the latter. |
